On 25 April 2014. Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 31 from Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort conducts pilot rescue drills in the Ocean around Beaufort, SC. This exercise is the second of its kind conducted by MAG-31 to mitigate risk to a pilots life in the event of an emergency over water and to increase cooperation between local civilian and government entities.
