Brig. Gen. John Donnelly retires in an elaborate and moving ceremony held on Gillem Enclave (formerly known as Ft. Gillem), Ga. on Mar. 9, 2014. Donnelly was described as "sprinting to the finish" literally and figuratively by Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Boudnik and Maj. Gen. Ronald Dziedzicki.
