℠2014 - Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel addressed troops today at Fort Eustis, Virginia. He spoke about the budget announcement yesterday from the Pentagon. Secretary Hagel said it will be the first budget presented to the Congress in 13 years that does not account for war time activities in Iraq and Afghanistan.
