SAN DIEGO -- An aircrew from U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego medically evacuate a man who was experiencing chest pain aboard the sport fishing vessel Eclipse 80 miles southwest of San Diego, Sept. 14, 2012.
The 35-year-old man was transported to Sector San Diego and turned over to emergency medical personnel for further treatment. U.S. Coast Guard video by Sector San Diego.
