KODIAK, Alaska - A Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew rescues a surfer stranded on a cliff near Fossil Beach on Kodiak Island Dec. 11, 2011. The Coast Guard was notified by Alaska State Troopers and the rescue crew safely hoisted him from a 200-foot cliff with no reported injuries. U.S. Coast Guard video by Air Station Kodiak.
