MISSISSIPPI CANYON BLOCK 252, Gulf of Mexico - A remotely-operated vehicle, deployed by Transocean Holdings, LLC, captures video footage of the riser pipe and debris field in the Mississippi Canyon block 252 in the Gulf of Mexico, Oct. 4-5, 2011. The Coast Guard investigated multiple National Response Center reports in the past two months of oil sheens in the vicinity of the site of the Deepwater Horizon incident; however, the ROV footage indicated no evidence of oil coming from the riser pipe or debris field.
