PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The Coast Guard Cutter Seahorse is shown towing a disabled 45-foot sailing vessel off the coast of Cape Hatteras, N.C., July 8, 2011. Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector North Carolina received a VHF-FM call from the crew aboard the sailing vessel Beloved Barracuda stating that the vessel's engines failed and were low on power.
