KODIAK, Alaska - The 143-foot barge Brittney Moe drifts in 46 to 58 mph winds with a forklift, conex box and tools aboard in 12-foot seas southwest of Kodiak Island Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at 10:47 a.m. after the crew of the tug Seahawk reported to the Coast Guard that they had lost the tow early Tuesday morning.
