    HALF MOON BAY, Calif. - A 65-foot commercial fishing vessel lays on its side in the surf zone at Francis State Beach, Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011. The crew was unharmed after the vessel ran aground early this morning. Coast Guard Sector San Francisco pollution investigators monitored the situation to prevent any environmental hazards.
