MOBLIE, Ala. - Tony Lombardi, OS1 and Mission Commander of Deepwater Horizon Aerial Observation describes the mission of the MZ-3A Navy Blimp. The blimp is capable of staying aloft and hovering over a region so it can communicate to where the best opportunities are to recover as much oil as possible.
