SAN DIEGO -- A Coast Guard crew on a 25-foot response boat from Maritime Safety and Security Team San Diego maintains a security zone around a suspicious object found in the water near San Diego Feb. 3, 2009. Members of San Diego City's Ranger/Divers deploy a Remotely Operated Vehicle from Coast Guard Cutter Haddock to investigate the object. The Coast Guard worked with members of the FBI, San Diego Metro Arson Strike Team, San Diego City Ranger/Divers and San Diego Lifeguards to determine the object was not dangerous and remove it from the waterway.
