181 IW CBRBE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) Medical Element conducts training to prepare for disaster response. Training included setting up tents in the snow and donning protective gear. Next entering a hangar with no lights to find and recover victims, conduct stabilization triage and move the victim back to the medical tents. At the tents medics prep the patient for transport to a permanent facility. Training keeps the 181st Intelligence Wing able to respond to the national defense and disaster response missions.
