Since February of 2012, engineers from the 51st Civil Engineer Squadron and the U-S Army Corps of Engineers have been working on constructing a second runway on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Air Force Staff Sergeant Anthony Kuhn takes us to the construction site where members of the local government are observing the progress. Available in high definition.
