Since the founding of the Airborne Paratrooper, the 82nd Airborne Division has jumped out of perfectly good aircrafts to take the fight to the enemy. In recent times the training for such an event is called the Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise or EDRE. Army Sergeant Reed Knutson followed one company as they jumped, landed and took the fight to the enemy. Also available in High Definition.
