Video by Staff Sgt. Anaidy Claudio, 366th MPAD. The 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), U.S. Army Reserve, located in Des Moines, Iowa, partnered with the Iowa and Illinois Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) offices for an employer Boss Lift on Aug. 17. Employers from both states traveled to Fort McCoy and Volk Field, Wis., to see Soldiers participating in the Combat Support Training Exercise 86. Employers experienced, first-hand, the type of training Soldiers experience prior to a deployment overseas.
