2013- The Army is reducing its active duty force by eighty-thousand soldiers, or fourteen percent, by the end of the 2017 fiscal year. Nearly fourty DECA stores in Europe and the Pacific will remain open during furloughs and members of the 573rd Movement Control Team, 43rd Sustainment Brigade returned home Tuesday after being deployed to Afghanistan since September 2012.
