Staff Sgt. Albert Garcia and Spc. Ryan Ziegler compete in the 2013 Region VII Best Warrior Competition held on Fort Carson, Co., 4-7 April. The two Soldiers represent the California Army National Guard in the competition as the Best Warrior NCO and Soldier, respectively, for that state. The event tests the warriors both physically and mentally. B-Roll package from the first day of events includes: in-briefing the day prior, Army Physical Fitness Test, an Army task-oriented obstacle course, and weapons assembly and functions check.
