To honor the Military Technical Agreement (MTA) which established the Administrative boarder line between Serbia and Kosovo, KFOR and Serbian representatives hold meeting to discuss the security and any issues on both sides of the ABL. LEAD: The KFOR JIC sometimes crosses the Administrative boundary line between Kosovo and Serbia. Usually crossing that line is a violation of the MTA.
