Members of the 52nd Civil Support Team rescue actors and actresses playing survivors of a simulated catastrophe at Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex, Indiana as part of Exercise Vibrant Response 13. Vibrant Response 13 is a major field training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.
