SAN FRANCISCO - The Coast Guard Cutter Stratton transits the San Francisco Bay towards its homeport of Coast Guard Island in Alameda, Calif., Dec. 19, 2011. The Stratton is the Coast Guard's third National Security Cutter and is set to replace the aging fleet of 378-foot high endurance cutters.
