Seven states took part in the Operation Sooner Response training event in Oklahoma by sending their civil support teams (CST) to respond to different pre-staged incidents ranging from rescuing people from a collapsed structure to checking a suspected building for a planned terror attack involving chemical, biological or radiological threat.
