    PORTSMOUTH, Va. — The crews of the Coast Guard Cutter Block Island, a 110-foot patrol boat, and the Coast Guard Cutter Elm, a 225-foot sea-going buoy tender, respond to the tug Beth McAllister that was disabled 23 nautical miles southeast of Ocracoke, N.C., Nov. 5, 2011. The tow was passed from the Block Island to the Elm and later transferred to the tug Colleen McAllister crew, who moored the Beth McAllister in Morehead City, N.C. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer 2nd Class Dan Heck.
