U.S. Army, Pacific held an Equipping Ceremony, 8 Sep. 2011 t welcome the CH47F (Chinook) helicopter into their service. (U.S. Army SSG Richard Colletta reports, USARPAC PAO)
The CH47F models boast a number of upgrades over the old CH47D models and are able to serve in a variety of capacities and full spectrum operations.
Video contains interviews from ceremony and helicopter crew as well as broll of CH47D and CH47F models in action to include a brief overview/history of improvements on the new model.
