Engineman First Class Wes Blair (from Lenoir, NC) talks about his duties as a patrol leader with Inshore Boat Unit 24 (Fort Dix, NJ) from the Port of Ash Shuaybah in Kuwait. EN1(SW) Blair is a reservist who has been in the Navy for 16 years. He gives reasons why he joined the Navy and talks about the places he has seen and the people he has met.
