Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao attended the Class of 2026 Naval Academy graduation ceremony and gave a speech to the newly-commissioned Navy and Marine Corps officers in Annapolis, MD. Cao's son graduated with the class and he had the unique experience of signing his commission personally and swearing him in as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.
