Montgomery Veterans Administration Hospital hillside stabilization project in Muskogee, Okla., to the Tulsa Post of the Society of American Military Engineers during a tour, April 16. The Tulsa District is removing inconsistent debris from the hillside behind the facility and adding a retaining wall that will improve stability and allow for added parking at the facility.
