To sharpen the combined readiness of the ROK and U.S. forces, aircraft and personnel from across the Pacific area of responsibility participate in Korea Flying Training 2024 at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, April 12-26. Airman 1st Class Madylynn Lyman, 8th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron bioenvironmental engineer, was selected as Kunsan Air Base’s Pride of the Pack for the week of April 22-26.
A1C Lyman assumes the duties of a(non-commissioned officer in charge), normally a position held by a Staff or Technical Sergeant, overseeing the Environmental Health Program.
KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- Senior Airman Jaithon Jackson, 8th Fighter Wing command post emergency actions controller, was recognized as Kunsan’s Pride of the Pack for the week of April 15-19.
Without connection, there can be no mission, so the 8th Communications Squadron is providing seamless and adaptable communication infrastructure to power Korea Flying Training 2024.
During KFT 24, multiple aircraft, ground units, and support personnel are executing complex training scenarios to employ airpower to deter aggression and defeat any attack against the Alliance.
