COLUMBIA, S.C. – U.S. Marines from Recruiting Substation Columbia, Recruiting Station Columbia, 6th Marine Corps District will attend the Empowering Justice 5K at Richland Northeast High School, Columbia, South Carolina, 1:30 p.m., April 13, 2024.
The opening ceremony, 5K run, and Youth Fun Run events commemorate the life and legacy of U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt Justice Stewart, who tragically lost her life while on a run.
This event is not only a tribute to her bravery and dedication, but also a celebration of her unwavering commitment to service. Educators with Recruiting Stations Atlanta, Boston, and Springfield participate in incentive training during Educators Workshop at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, Apr. 3, 2024. Educators Workshop provides an opportunity to high school teachers and school administrators to experience and gain insight on some of the challenges recruits face during Marine Corps recruit training. SUMMERVILLE, S.C. โ Ashton Connor, a U.S. Marine Corps poolee native to Summerville, South Carolina, will ship from Recruiting Substation (RSS) Summerville in Summerville, South Carolina to Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRDPI), South Carolina, Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
At 0900 on April 6th, 2024, more than 250 yound men and women about to ship out to recruit training, known as Poolees, and Marines gathered to conduct an annual pool function hosted by Marine Corps Recruiting Station Charlotte at South Iredell High School in Statesville, North Carolina.
