Toby Fordham, a Georgia native and automotive maintenance technician with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 24, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, is recognized as II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the Year for 2023.
