The youngest member of the Ratcliff family, Jaylen, stands over the grave of his ancestor, Sgt Maj. Edward Ratcliff, the first African-American to be awarded the Medal of Honor, during a wreath-laying ceremony at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown.
