The Power of R&D aims to highlight and promote U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) research and development, along with the engineers and scientists leading that effort. USACE Commanding General Lt. Gen. William “Butch” Graham has listed innovation among his three main priorities and focus areas, encouraging the entire enterprise to “keep innovating.” This publication shares brief abstracts of ongoing projects across USACE, complete with links to the full articles online.
