FORT BUCHANAN, Puerto Rico - Holistic Health and Fitness System Pilot from the Army Reserve 166th Regional Support Group shared its newsletter, April 14, as they celebrate April as the month of the Military Child.
The H2F is more than just a Soldier Readiness System. The lessons learned, and information provided, goes beyond singular events and skills only useful while in uniform. It is a Comprehensive Wellness System that serves Soldiers and their families in living better lives, for the rest of their lives; equipping them with the knowledge and self-efficacy to strive rather than simply survive.
In this articles, Army Reserve Soldiers in the 166th RSG express how certain components of H2F have been impactful in their development, and provide tips for other Soldiers to implement with their children.
