FORT WORTH, Texas – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District launched a new website (www.swf.usace.army.mil) today offering visitors quick and easy access to essential information about the missions of the District.

Fort Worth, Texas – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District launched a new website (www.swf.usace.army.mil) today offering visitors quick and easy access to essential information about the missions of the District. The site is a cloud-based system, enabling the Corps to create a consistent look and feel while providing viewers technologically enhanced capabilities. Visitors to the website will also find information about the following:
• Current projects, authorized studies and operations and maintenance
• Permitting process
• Public notices
• Recreational opportunities on Corps-owned property
• Social media sites
• Fort Worth District environmental documents
• Links to other Corps offices
The Fort Worth District has made every effort to make a smooth transition to the new system but any shortcuts or bookmarks made by end-users will have to be reestablished.
