KABUL, Afghanistan – The commander, International Security Assistance Force, Gen. John R. Allen, released his Eid ul-Adha message to the people of Afghanistan, Nov. 3.
A video of the message in Dari, Pashto and English has been posted to the ISAF webpage and disseminated to local media.
