KABUL, Afghanistan – Three International Security Assistance Force service members died following an improvised explosive device attack in eastern Afghanistan Sept. 28.
In a separate incident, one ISAF service member died as a result of a non-battle related injury in southern Afghanistan Sept. 28.
It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
