KABUL, Afghanistan – A combined Afghan and coalition security force detained numerous suspected Haqqani network insurgents in Sabari District, Khost province, yesterday.
The security force detained the men while searching for a Haqqani facilitator who coordinates ambushes and emplaces roadside bombs.

In Zurmat District, Paktiya province, a combined Afghan and coalition security force detained several suspected insurgents while searching for a Haqqani facilitator yesterday. The facilitator is responsible for weapons and explosives transfers in preparation for attacks in the region.
