Bismarck, N.D. – Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota adjutant general, announces the opening of the North Dakota Army National Guard’s newest storefront recruiting office.

Located in the Holiday Mall in Devils Lake, N.D., this new storefront officially opens at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 21, with a Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony. Devils Lake Mayor Richard Johnson will take part in the occasion.

The community — including students, teachers, parents, military members, media and others — is invited to come and visit with their local Army National Guard representatives in the new location. Refreshments will be served after the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This new site provides the North Dakota Army National Guard recruiters with greater visibility and allows the public more awareness and easier access to them.

Storefront offices are already in place in Bismarck, Mandan, Minot, Devils Lake, Grand Forks and Fargo. In Dickinson, Williston, Jamestown, Valley City and Wahpeton, storefront-style offices are operated out of the local National Guard armory or reserve center.
