A: My job is to lead, train and supervise Marines while ensuring their welfare and professional development.

Q: What’s your favorite aspect of your job?
A: My favorite thing about my job is the interaction with my Marines logistically and having Marines rely on me for their needs both at home and in the shop.

Q: What’s the most challenging part?
A: The hardest part of my job is juggling all the issues the Marines in my platoon have in their lives that might prevent them from training.

Q: How does your job support the mission of 2nd MAW?
A: I ensure the Marines are tactically and technically proficient and are ready to deploy to help defend 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing assets while in a deployed environment.
