TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Team Tinker marked a milestone in community support and quality-of-life improvements with the grand opening of Mulligan’s Grill at the Tinker Golf Center Sept. 10, 2026.
The new restaurant, operated by head chef Oliver Palms, expands on-base dining options while offering affordable meals for service members, civilians and their families.
Leaders, staff and community members gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening and welcome the newest addition to the installation.
Mulligan’s Grill was established with a focus on accessibility and convenience, helping address food availability gaps across the installation while providing flexible dining options for Team Tinker personnel.
Located within the Tinker Golf Center, the restaurant offers a central, easy-to-reach location for patrons throughout the workday.
During the ribbon cutting ceremony, members of the 72nd Force Support Squadron and installation leadership highlighted the importance of enhancing morale and readiness through improved services and amenities. Attendees had the opportunity to meet staff, tour the facility and sample menu offerings prepared fresh on site.
In addition to increasing dining variety, Mulligan’s Grill aims to keep prices competitive and lower than comparable off-base options, further supporting Airmen and their families.
“We’re not just another food service location.” Said Murod Mamatov, co-owner. “We want this to be a place where you can feed your whole family and it’s not going to cost you an arm and a leg.”
With its opening, Mulligan’s Grill becomes a new hub for connection and convenience, reinforcing Tinker Air Force Base’s commitment to strengthening the community it serves.
Mulligan’s Grill will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. with experimental hours over time. For the most up to date business hours, call (405) 734-3467.
