DALLAS – Fall fun is back at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service. Beginning Sept. 12, military families can enjoy free, in-store activities through Oct. 31 (https://flic.kr/p/2sySNPM).
Military children can participate in interactive, themed toy events at select Exchange locations. Families can visit the Exchange’s community Hub (https://publicaffairs-sme.com/Community/#toys) to find participating locations or visit their local Exchange’s social media pages.
Events include: • Sept. 12: Play-Doh make-and-take event • Sept. 26: Pokémon cards giveaway while supplies last • Oct. 3: Beyblades duels • Oct. 10: Baby Alive creative play • Oct. 17: Furby coloring and play • Oct. 24: Nerf Fest, providing an opportunity to experience fun with the latest blasters • Oct. 31: Hasbro game time with Jenga, Battleship, Monopoly and more
“The Exchange is committed not only to bringing military families the best tastes of home, wherever service takes them, but also providing a place where they can gather and create lasting memories,” said Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “Each fall, we are honored to welcome our nation’s youngest heroes through events like these, which demonstrate our appreciation for the sacrifices they make alongside their families.”
Preregistration for events is not required.
