Chaplains Get Promotions Too!
On July 27, 2026, at Fort McCoy, Wis., 86th Training Division commanding general Brig. Gen. Paul L. Kuettner chaplain promotes Carlos Malley to Lt. Col. In attendance were chief of staff Col. David S. Nash, division Command Sgt. Maj. Santi S. Khoundet, and chaplains supporting the 2026 Warrior and Regional Medic Exercises. U.S. Army Reserve, Joint, and Multinational leaders and partners joined the 86th Training Division’s premier WAREX Team to deliver rigorous, challenging, and demanding training that replicates multi-domain environments and large-scale combat operations.
