FORT BELVOIR -- Units across the Army can now record and manage results for the new Combat Field Test (CFT) directly in the ATIS Leader Tool—streamlining how leaders track the physical skills that matter most in today’s operational environment.

The CFT is designed to mirror the real demands of combat, focusing on mission essential movements, strength, endurance and agility. By integrating CFT scoring into ATIS, leaders gain a faster, moreaccurateway to understand individual and unit readiness.Over 8,000 CFT completions have been entered into ATIS since the feature launched.

“Adding the CFT to the ATIS Leader Tool provides a single system for tracking all of a Soldier's fitness requirements,” stated Major Taylor Cox, assistant product manager for ATIS. “The Army Fitness Test, CFT, and the new Waist-to-Height Ratio standard for body composition are all in one place, helping to reduce the digital burden on Soldiers.”
