Electromagnetic Systems Analysis Squadron welcomes new commander

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio — The Electromagnetic Systems Analysis Squadron, known as FTE, held a change of command ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, June 24, 2026.

During the event, Lt. Col. Lloyd Hutton assumed leadership of the squadron, succeeding Lt. Col. Evan Carlson.

As a key component of NASIC, FTE produces critical, all-source scientific and technical intelligence on foreign systems operating across the electromagnetic spectrum and cyber domains, directly supporting modern military operations, force modernization, and national policy.
