KABUL - Multiple intelligence sources and tips from local citizens led a joint Afghan National Security and coalition force patrol to the location of a known insurgent bomb maker, who was arrested in Mohammad Agha District, Logar province today.
Afghan national security and coalition forces surrounded the insurgent's house and then detained him and another unknown associate without incident.
The insurgent bomb maker identified himself to Afghan security and coalition forces. He and his associate were taken to Afghan police headquarters for processing.
