DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory – Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) and ProTour Productions partnered with Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) to host five NFL cheerleaders to visit service members and contractors for the ProBlitz tour at U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, Feb. 5–9, 2026.

Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons and Minnesota Vikings each selected a cheerleader to participate in the ProBlitz.

NFL cheerleaders are selected to participate in events and enhance morale for military installations all over the world. The local MWR collaborated with AFE and ProTour Productions to put together a series of events, performances and activities for all personnel on base to participate in.

The cheerleaders tested their bowling abilities by participating in a coconut bowling event at the base gym. Coconut bowling was then followed by a meet-and-greet in the Island Room where guests took photos, got autographs and told stories about the island and their experiences.

The next day, there was another meet-and-greet and the evening concluded with a round of NFL trivia at the Officers’ Club.

“I am very grateful to have my first military tour here in Diego Garcia,” said Lauren, a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader. “Everyone here has been nice, welcoming and treated us very well.”

On Saturday, the cheerleaders lead an aerobics workout in the fitness center. Their night ended with a game night.

“I appreciated the energy the cheerleaders injected into the island,” said Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Mason Jeffries. “It was a good break from the monotony.”

On Monday morning, the cheerleaders would help celebrate the super bowl with service members in the Island Room. They helped MWR give away prizes, gave a cheerleading performance, took pictures with guests and signed autographs.

“I am retired now and have missed many super bowls in my deployments during my 27 years of active duty and to be able to come to Diego Garcia and watch it with service members and NFL cheerleaders has been one of the best experiences of my life,” said Allen Hornback, a civilian contractor.

The ProBlitz tour included activities and events that connected base personnel with NFL Cheerleaders. AFE, ProTour Productions and MWR coordinated this program to build and support morale on Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia.
