MONTEREY, Calif. (Aug. 4, 2023) U.S. Marine Corps non-commissioned officers stand for a portrait in front of Naval Postgraduate School’s administration building. This will be the first cohort of Marines accepted under the newly amended Title 10, which allows Enlisted members to apply to a master's degree at Naval Postgraduate School.
