National Football League cheerleaders bring a little bit of cheer to Humphreys youth

CAMP HUMPHREYS, South Korea – USAG Humphreys' Family Morale, Welfare and Recreation department hosted a cheer camp, Feb. 11, for Camp Humphreys youth at the garrison's Burke Skies Center.

The garrison's FMWR partnered with Armed Forces Entertainment and Pro-tours Production to bring NFL cheerleaders from the Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Indianapolis Colts, L.A. Rams, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks to the pacific region for their annual Super Bowl tour.

The cheerleaders paid a visit to the Burke Skies Center to cheer with the local youth. Cheer moms and dads sat in the bleachers as their children were split into age groups (9 and younger, 10 and older) and learned cheer moves and dance steps.

The children 9 and younger, played rounds of "redlight, greenlight" before solidifying their routine.

Later, both groups performed the routines for their parents. The cheerleaders stayed around after for group photos.

The purpose of our tour is to spread cheer and appreciation for hardworking service members stationed at Humphreys by bringing them a little bit of America overseas.
