The Youngstown Air Reserve Station Base Exchange recently acquired a self-service ribbon rack kiosk that allows Airmen to build and order a complete ribbon rack, name tapes, medals and shadow boxes.
“The ribbon rack machine is very user-friendly,” said Jackleen Buzzelli, store manager of the BX at YARS. “Airmen just put in any information needed to build their order, address where items will be shipped and most products ship within 24 hours. I am happy to help anyone who needs assistance in the process.”
Airmen are welcome to utilize the virtual kiosk anytime during normal BX hours, which are Monday through Friday and UTA weekends from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
