MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-The Army Reserve’s 63rd Readiness Division held their change of command ceremony, Nov. 5, 2021, in front of the Sgt. James Witkowski Armed Forces Reserve Center.
The host of the event, Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Gregory J. Mosser, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, passed the division’s colors to Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Miles Davis, the incoming commanding general for the 63rd RD.
Davis took command from Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Alberto Rosende, the outgoing commanding general of the 63rd RD.
