The ACFT is expected to significantly enhance readiness through better physical fitness training that prepares Soldiers for occupational demands required of them in combat.

As a transporter assigned to a Rapid Port Opening Element (RPOE), Gutierrez is a member of a team that is ready to rapidly deploy to help move the cargo necessary to fight and win our nation's wars.

The Best Warrior Competition recognizes Soldiers who demonstrate commitment to the Army values, embody the Warrior Ethos, and represent the Force of the Future.

During the competition, these elite competitors will test their knowledge, skills and abilities by conquering urban warfare simulations, demonstrating critical thinking, formal board interviews, physical fitness challenges, written exams, and warrior tasks and battle drills relevant to today’s operating environment.
